Happy Little Mistakes is a 10-episode animated anthology that reimagines failure as the seed of genius, joy, and legacy—through poetic retellings of real lives from across history.
A shaky pencil line. A splash of paint.
“Sometimes… the story doesn’t go the way we planned.”
But then—magic. The paint becomes flowers. The mistake becomes a meadow.
Happy Little Mistakes.
Each short film explores the lesser-known moments—“mistakes”—in the lives of visionary thinkers, creators, rebels, and dreamers. From falling apples to muddy hands, from stage stumbles to shouts in the marketplace, we reframe each misstep as a doorway to beauty.
This is gentle therapy, wrapped in story.
Primary: Ages 6–12
Secondary: Families, teachers, mental health advocates
Tertiary: Young adults and nostalgic adults seeking comfort media
Think: If Studio Ghibli and Mister Rogers teamed up to teach emotional literacy.
This is a global storybook. We shine a light on under-celebrated voices from Africa, Asia, the Americas, and Europe—giving kids a beautiful mirror of possibility.
